~冲?sh)阻和o波大?sh)容是成对的。如果其一坏,另一个很可能也坏。缓冲电(sh)d也有可能是?sh)器不吸合(l电(sh)器坏或控制板坏,或与二者相q的?sh)\上元件坏Q引赗单相输入(220VQ的变频器,

6、炸整流桥:(x)
如果得部分整流桥损坏,而逆变桥全是好的,有可能是正负母排之间打火引赗环境潮湿是dQ一般是有水滴在正负接线端子之间Q或者是有水滴在正接U端子和散热器之间引L(fng)机的。此U坏机的接线端子l缘性已变差Q一定要更换Q否则一上电(sh)又炸了。另一U原因就是o波大?sh)容短\Q或炸裂或顶面凸起变)Q也要注意更换电(sh)宏V?/span>
7、机器打嗝:(x)
即风扇时快时慢,无显C。一般是控制板短路了Q去掉控制板再上?sh),如还打嗝Q有可能是厚膜周边的器件坏了,例如TD1000大体U?/span>R56?sh)?/span>27Ƨ的d变大了很多,x嗝保护电(sh)路自w坏了。开关电(sh)源不工作Q可量其中一个电(sh)ȝ?sh)压Q如有点?sh)压且在跛_Q说明开关电(sh)源已hQ但后面?sh)\短\了(变压器脚间连锡,滤L?sh)容歪Q,打嗝保护?sh)\在v作用。如一点电(sh)压也没有Q说明开关电(sh)源没hQ一般是厚膜坏或2844及附q器件坏?/span>
8、风扇无力,转速慢Q?/span>
EV1000?/span>D6ȝ。上甉|8888Q?/span>FECDF21U1?/span>U8坏,有细裂~?/span>EV1000?/span>01180128Q带载停机报8888:变压器电(sh)感量变差?/span>PC9原副边绝~不够?/span>
9、按q行?/span>8888Q驱动光耦短路?/span>
10?/span> EV1000大体U:(x)原故障是炸机Q修好后q行无输出或E019,常坏的是U9。无输出有时Q2也坏?/span>

以上都正常的话,请重新烧写两?/span>DSPE序。请注意擦除后要下电(sh)几秒再上?sh)写入程序。否则,DSP坏?/span>
整机修好上电(sh)昄正常后,要经q以下步骤才按运行,可减炸机的可能性?/span>
直流红?/span>“?/span>”Q黑分别?/span>U V WQ?/span> TD900,TD3200单相的都应ؓ(f)310v,TD900三相的都应ؓ(f)540v?/span> TD1000,TD3000,EV1000,EV2000都应?/span>5-10V.
如不对,不能按运行,否则十有八九(ji)?x)炸机。此时应停机更换对应的光耦和二极,再重复以上过E,直至?sh)压对了才按q行?/span>

上电(sh)昄E010,霍尔坏。运行显C?/span>E010,模块坏?/span>
当变频器一上电(sh)显C?/span>E010,应是甉|电(sh)路本w有故障了。即变频器还没有q行Q没有电(sh)输出,但电(sh)路已到有输出电(sh)了。小功率机常?/span>TL082C 坏,大功率机常是霍尔坏。到?/span> U V W 哪相甉|有问题?可用如下Ҏ(gu)判断Q?/span>
用表?/span>mv档红?/span>IU,IV,IW的测试点Q正常应?/span>0Q如果哪个点偏高Q例?/span>Q?/span>10Q或偏低Q例如-10Q,是对应相电(sh)有问题?/span>
